AIWAS needed a branded, reliable platform to let patients book tests, and receive results securely—while giving the internal team simple scheduling, batching, and report delivery. We unified patient and staff flows into a single, fast web app.
Challenge
Bookings were fragmented across forms and messages, payments were manual, and results distribution was inconsistent. The team also needed clearer visibility into daily capacity and turnaround times.

Solution
We built a responsive Next.js Website with a patient-first booking journey, integrated payments, automated email/SMS reminders, and a results portal. Staff get a lightweight ops dashboard for daily schedules, sample tracking, and one-click results upload.
